Cowork at Sibley

Our pilot coworking initiative in the Sibley Building, BetaSpace, has drawn to a close. Twelve startup companies pioneered our expansion to downtown Rochester from November 2016 until January 2018. These entrepreneurs represented companies from a variety of tech industries from apps to mobile automobile maintenance to international shipping platforms. BetaSpace was a 4,000 sq ft downtown entrepreneurial center in the heart of Downtown Rochester.

Now, we’ve moved from the third floor to the sixth floor of Sibley Square and have far more space: a 45,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility that includes coworking in the historic Tea Room, labs, a Fabrication Lab, 7 conference rooms, and auditorium, a game room, a rooftop patio, private offices, office suites, a community kitchen, and so much more. Many of those BetaSpace pioneers have moved upstairs, and we’ve been joined by members of the Luminate Accelerator too!

We’re not alone in the coworking movement; here are some other opinion leaders who are believers.
