2017 Baldridge Award Winners
Taking the Performance Excellence Journey: A Continuous Improvement Workshop
For business, not-for-profits and government organizations
To start a journey of excellence and performance improvement
Join us for a workshop conducted by the 2017 Baldrige-winning team from the City of Fort Collins. The workshop is ideal for performance improvement executives, strategy executives and leaders of quality initiatives.
Fort Collins was faced with challenges that are likely similar to those that you face and they were able to break-through to excellence, so they will show you how they did it. Participate in an interactive discussion about how to begin, how to marshal the talent and energy of your entire organization, how to create a breakthrough leadership system, and then how to align your improvement strategy with goals and key metrics.
Leave with a plan to start, work and sustain process excellence in your organization.
