Customer Discovery workshops

Learn the Lean LaunchPad process of customer discovery and how NextCorps can help with SBIR proposals for funding.

Businesses ranging from neighborhood retail stores to venture-funded internet startups have been created using the Lean LaunchPad process of customer discovery. Learn how to use this process to build a sustainable and scalable business that creates products people want to buy.

Who Should Attend?

  • First-time entrepreneurs
  • Newly formed startup teams
  • New product development managers
  • Inventors interested in developing their business concepts

Gain critical customer insight and use Lean LaunchPad techniques to build on your business ideas over the course of three weeks. At the end of the customer discovery program, we will focus on securing funding and next steps for getting a new business running.

Customer Discovery Program (3 Sessions; participants MUST ATTEND all 3)

  • Wednesday, February 26, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Wednesday, March 4, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Wednesday, March 11, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

SBIR Funding Workshop (no charge or separate registration for Customer Discovery participants, OR $25 for workshop only)

Wednesday, April 22, from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

***Program fee includes materials and lunch. Limited to first 20 registrants.***
