Participants will learn the Lean LaunchPad process of “Customer Discovery” and how to use it to progress with building a sustainable and scalable business that creates products that people want to buy.
The program content centers on use of the Business Model Canvas for Value Proposition development and the practice of Customer Discovery interviews. Emphasis is on techniques for identifying actionable market opportunities and connecting with prospective customers to establish a viable business model.
First-time entrepreneurs, newly formed startup teams, new product development managers in existing businesses and inventors that are interested in developing their business concepts and bringing new products to the market have found the techniques to be invaluable for gaining critical customer insight.
A follow-up session will take place on Monday, March 27th, from 6:00-8:00pm.
