Description

Harter Secrest & Emery will be presenting on typical early-stage legal issues for startups. They will cover things to think about before incorporating your business, partnership agreements, and readying yourself to raise capital.

Parking

Parking is available in both the Mortimer Street Garage and the St. Joseph’s Garage. Take the skyway in from either garage and then go up one floor. The HTR BetaSpace is located on the East Main Street side of the Sibley Building- look for the HTR window decals and you’ll know you’ve found it!
