Underhyped and Overlooked: The Quiet Use of Generative AI

March 14 @ 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

In the past year, employees in many organizations have empowered themselves with generative AI tools to enhance their work output. Not driven by any overt strategy or directive, these people are quietly figuring out ways to enhance their company’s efficiency, in often unheralded ways. In this session, the third in a series on Generative AI co-hosted by WNY SIM and TechRochester, four panelists from various fields will share their journeys in discovering and employing these tools, illustrating use cases both successful and unsuccessful.

Join panelists Mike Anile (Director of Sales, G&C Foods, Syracuse, NY), Joe Schaeffer (Director of Marketing, Palmer Foods, Rochester NY), Heather Ivory (Community Engagement, Willow Domestic Violence Center, Rochester NY), and Gregg Nicandri (Orthopedic Surgeon and CMIO at URMC, Rochester NY) in this very special evening that is sure to open our eyes and our minds, creating an evening of vigorous conversation.
